Apply here to qualify for the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship. You will need:

-Child's proof of ID

-Proof of address

-Completed withdrawal form (if you are withdrawing your child from a school)

 

Proveni School is an approved ESA vendor under the tutoring category. ESA payments may be made by direct vendor payment to Proveni School (ESA Portal).

 

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is  $6,800 and will be billed either monthly at $550 or quarterly at $1,700. Tuition is due on the third Wednesday of each (month or) quarter of the school year as follows:

 

Wednesday, July 17th, 2024

Wednesday, October 16th, 2024

Wednesday, January 15th, 2025

Wednesday, April 16th, 2025

 

A no-fee grace period of 5 school days will be allowed for each tuition payment. On the sixth and following days after the original payment due date, a late fee will be applied in the amount of $50 per school day.

Tuition Payments may be made by personal or cashier’s check issued to Proveni Microschool  LLC OR payment may be made online through Arizona ESA (see above). Over drafted checks will be fined $15 in addition to late fee(s) if applicable and the issuer will not be allowed to make payments with personal checks for future tuition or fee payments.
